“Only through our connectedness to others can we really know and enhance the self. And only through working on the self can we begin to enhance our connectedness to others.”

Harriet Lerner

We all have a basic need for connection — to ourselves, our spirituality, and to others. So, I view all my clients through the framework of their relationships. When our connections are strained, it affects our whole equilibrium.

Looking for a therapist can be an overwhelming and intimidating experience. Whether you’re seeking therapy because something is off in your life —a current or past relationship, overwhelming stress, unprocessed trauma, or maybe just a sense of being stuck—or because you’re sensing the need to pursue significant change, you aren't alone.

My hope is that you will find in me a caring, empathetic presence—one who will work with you toward your desired growth or change, or listen to and process whatever pain or disconnection you might be experiencing. My aim is to guide you toward healing and growth.

I believe the connections in our lives are fundamental to who we are. Helping my clients restore the connections in their lives is central to my work.
